Dear God,
Sometimes You request, You ask, You nudge, You invite us to do things that are seemingly hard or uncomfortable. I know in my heart that You do this to help shape us, to mature us, to allow us the opportunity to experience You on a deeper level, and to fulfill Your will. I pray that we all have eyes to see Your requests as opportunities to be obedient to You, to love You and to trust You. I pray that as we courageously step out in faith and participate, we do grow to know You more and that extraordinary things happen as a result of our obedience. Help us to lay down our selfish and prideful ways, our fears, our insecurities and just do it in Jesus’ name AMEN!
