`Dear Lord,
I pray for those enduring the sting of alcohol. The uncomfortable, frustrating, and painful affects. I pray for those with alcoholism. May Your Holy Spirit give them the strength to quit. May You intervene and restore them completely. I pray for any husband or wife who suffers from the affects of alcoholism because of their spouse. May You comfort them and guide them in how to respond to their spouse. Help them know what to do and what to say. I pray for sobriety. I pray for self-control. I pray for freedom in Jesus’ name AMEN!
