Dear Lord,
I pray for wives all around the world. I pray that we would be able to make rest a priority. So often we are so busy caring for our families, our husbands, and other places of service that we neglect self-care. We need to learn to be still. I pray that at some point today we would be still and just think about You. May Your peace consume our hearts. I pray that as we rest we become invigorated, energized, healed, and restored. I pray that resting would help us to regain focus, and that we would be able to better prioritize our lives. I also pray that by resting we would have more of ourselves to give to our husbands…our time, our energy, our love. May Your will be done in us and through us in Jesus’ name AMEN!
