Dear Lord,
Thank you for the gift of marriage. Thank you for the love my husband and I share. I appreciate having a best friend to share this life with. Please help me to be the wife that you created me to be. I pray that I can be a helper to my husband. I realize I help with the easy things, the things that come naturally to me, but I want to be even better. Give me the strength and the endurance to help my husband even when it is challenging or hard. Like during the times that we are at odds, or with a task that I know I may not enjoy. Regardless of our circumstance, regardless of what is needed, please help me to help my husband and help me to do it joyfully. Holy Spirit fill my heart with a passionate desire to serve my husband, to fulfill his needs, to love him and to help him in Jesus name AMEN!
