Prayer Of The Day – Heal My Heart Lord

Dear Lord,

My heart is broken.  For all different reasons really.  I know I am not the only one.  There are other wives who also have broken hearts.  Crushed beneath the weight of unmet expectations, in anguish over arguments, frustrated about having to say the same things over again, and left feeling uncherished.  Marriage is tough, especially when we are looking at it with a humanly perspective.  We need your eyes O Lord, we need your heart…so that we can view our husbands in light of your truth.  Please heal our hearts and restore our marriages in Jesus name AMEN!
