Dear Lord,
Help us to listen to your wisdom in proverbs 11:2, “When pride comes, then comes dishonor, But with the humble is wisdom.” Lord, we desire to be humble and wise, and we would lay down our pride for the sake of our relationship with our spouse. Remind us daily that after pride comes a fall, and wisdom is found in humbleness. Help us to avoid these pitfalls in our marriage.
