Prayer Of The Day – Marriage Resolutions

Dear God,

I lift up husbands and wives to you and ask that you would help them fulfill their resolutions this year.  I pray for their hearts, hoping that they are softened towards one another.  I pray they are passionate about improving their marriage and striving for unity and growth.  May this year come with transformation and may it glorify you Lord.  I pray couples would experience extraordinary love, deep love, enduring love.  I pray protection over marriages this year and cry out to you to defend them against the darkness of the enemy.  I also pray that our flesh does not overpower our spirit.  Help each one of us to have control over what we do, say and desire.  I pray for marriages to be healed, restored and refreshed in Jesus name AMEN!
