Dear Lord,
As I learn about marriage and draw closer to my husband, I realize the value in being completely honest and open in communication. Being vulnerable is not easy for me to do, so I pray for courage. Help me to be able to be open with my husband more often. I pray that other wives would also strive to be open and vulnerable with their husbands. As we relish in the love we have for our husbands and our husbands cherish our honesty, we encounter intimacy in our communication. Please anoint us with the words to say and remove any fear that would hinder us from being vulnerable. Please touch our husbands hearts so they respond to us gently with understanding. May we experience depth in our conversations in marriage like never before in Jesus’ name we pray AMEN!
