Dear Lord,
I love you and thank you for the sacrifice you paid so that I could have everlasting life with you. Thank you for sending your son to die for us knowing that many of the people he would die for would reject him, spit on him, cheat on him and worse. Lord, your Son gave everything for a people that might not ever return the love that he showed and yet he did it anyway. I pray, father, that I would love my wife like this. I pray that I would never make her pay for my love. I pray that she would know that I will give up everything for her no matter what.
