Dear Lord,
Thank you for my marriage and thank you for the love that you show me through my wife. Lord, I pray against the spirit of pride. I often allow my heart and flesh to walk in pride. It makes me believe that I don’t need to be the one to apologise or admit that I was wrong. Pride keeps me from seeing my wife in purity and keeps me from fellowship with you. I pray that every man would lay down their pride out of a fear of you, Lord. I pray we would walk in humbleness in our marriages and with you.
