Dear Lord,
I am so sorry that I have been neglecting intentional intimacy with you. The last few days and weeks have been ridiculously crazy, leaving my head spinning and my heart weary. Each day gets worse as I stray from you. Please grab me and draw me close to you. I pray that today I set time aside to read your Word and pray fervently. I ask for your help. Holy Spirit convict my heart, giving me a passion that will never cease, and turn my heart to you. I also pray for my wife. I ask that you give her strength and that she too gives priority to spending intentional time with you.
