Dear Lord,
Thank you for children. Thank you for the blessing and gift that they are. I know that raising children is not always fun and not always easy but it is so wonderful being a dad. Lord, I pray for any family who are inviting a new baby into the home. Whether by birth or adoption I pray that you would prepare their hearts and minds for this new adventure. I pray that you would give them wisdom to raise their child to know you, Lord. I pray they would have patience and understanding. I pray they would discipline the way you want them to. Lord, be in the center of this family.
