Prayer Of The Day – Healing For Women With Loss

Dear Lord,

There are so many women in this world who have experienced loss of a loved one.  Death is one of the most challenging events encountered, causing pain deep inside.  I can only imagine how losing a loved one, especially a child, affects the marriage relationship.  I pray for these women, lifting them up to you right now,   interceding on their behalf.  Heal their broken hearts O Lord.  Wrap your loving arms around them and comfort them with your transcending peace.  Restore their minds and supply their confusion and questions with stability.  May you increase their faith and motivate them to keep loving.  Holy Spirit please anoint these women and reconcile the pain they feel and the loss they know with great understanding in Jesus’ name AMEN!
