Dear Lord,
There are days that I seem to be easily frustrated and angered, I have less patience and understanding, My emotions seem to run wild and I feel as though I have no control. My family suffers when I act like this. Love is hindered in my home when I walk in this way. Lord, forgive me for allowing my flesh to run out of control. God, I know that you desire for me to walk in complete control of my spirit. You desire that I would yield it to you every moment of everyday. Help me to do this. Help me to allow your spirit to have control.
