Dear Lord,
Thank You for the way You have thoughtfully designed our bodies. We have an incredible range of function that allows us to do many things. We pray we would use our bodies to bring You glory. Show us how we can move to do Your will and please You. We pray we would be healthy and consider how we take care of our bodies so that we are ready to do whatever You ask.
