Dear Lord,
Thank You for the emotions You have given us to experience. Thank You for happiness and joy. We pray we would embrace and enjoy the moments of happiness we share in marriage. We pray we would appreciate and understand that happiness is a fleeting emotion. We won’t feel it all of the time. In times we don’t feel happy, we pray we would still cling to what is true and not let the desire to be happy all of the time rule our choices. We pray we would be balanced and self-controlled no matter how we are feeling
