Dear Lord,
I desire to have more self-discipline. I want to be able to make better choices for my walk with you, for my health and for my relationships. Give me the strength to make healthy changes in my life. Help me to wake up earlier to spend more time with you. Help me to exercise and to eat healthier. Help me to put more effort and intentionality into my marriage and into my other relationships. I know I cannot succeed in all of these areas without the power of your spirit working in me.
