Dear God,
There are many times that I am focused on the wrong battle. I fight against my husband, pridefully and aggressively. I fight to be right, to have my way, to get him to understand or just because I am frustrated by him. I fight. All while Your Word says that the fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the enemy! My husband is not my enemy and I must remember this. The enemy seeks to divide us so that we are useless for battle. I pray You would prepare my heart for the true battle. I pray I would be ready and equipped, focused on battling the enemy. Help my husband and me defend our marriage and protect it in Jesus’ name AMEN!
