Dear Lord,
I pray that we as husbands would learn to walk in the spirit and not in the flesh. I pray that we would consider every word before they leave our lips. I pray that we would not say things out of bitterness or frustration to our wives. Convict us and remind us of the calling you have given to each of us to walk with our wives in and understanding way. To love our wives as Christ loves the church. To not be harsh with them but to listen to them and to speak patiently and kindly. Lord, keep us from fighting. May we have normal Christian marriages without constant fighting and quarreling.
