Dear Lord,
Please help me to stop avoiding talking about deep matters of my heart. I don’t know why I have been trying to bury these things, hoping they don’t exist. I don’t know why I avoid talking to my husband and my close friends, when talking to them would help me. I pray against the lies that tell me it is not worth the embarrassment or fear of sharing my heart with others. I pray for courage in Jesus’ name AMEN!
