Dear Benjamin,
Oh, Ben. I need you to know, that I love you enough! Enough to let you lead me. Enough to encourage you every single day to be the man that God is calling you to be. You are one of God’s biggest blessings to me. It has been 10 years, most of which have been spent trying to live for the world. Four beautiful children, and one of the greatest testimonies to God’s mercy and grace later we are still going strong. I know now that God has designed us for each other and guided us even as we ran from him. It is so filling to know that the Great Potter has molded my heart to fit perfectly in yours. You have never let me down, or turned me away. Instead, even in my greatest failures you have lifted me up and carried me, you are truly what God calls of men, and I just need you to know that I love you enough to spend the rest of my life trying be everything that God knew you would ever need me to be. Nothing gives me joy like knowing that I am blessed to have you now and for eternity, because you are strong enough to give me to God first! My heart cries with joy at this beautiful gift that has been given to us. I love you enough to know that I alone will never be enough, and promise to always give you to God before I have you for myself.
