Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you so much for sending your precious son to earth.  As we celebrate his birth and spend time with family, there are many people who can’t spend this holiday season with family.  We lift them up to you and ask that you comfort them and bring peace to their hearts.  Please send other people who are near to gather and celebrate together.  We pray that no one spends the next few days alone or isolated.   We pray that the distance that separates families seem less through open communication.  You know all the reasons why families may not be together this Christmas and you know every family’s specific needs.  We pray for an abundance of joy, laughter, appreciation, and thankfulness to overflow in everyone.  May everyone feel blessed this Christmas and may everyone see the blessing that they are to others in Jesus Holy name we pray, Amen!
